Return & Refund Policy

At ZAYKRO, every product is specially customized according to the customer's photos and details. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customized products once the order has been confirmed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for printing. Once the customization process has started, cancellation is not possible.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, the following are mandatory:

• A complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

If your claim is verified, we will provide a free replacement of the product. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Incorrect Customer Information

ZAYKRO is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping address, phone number, or customer details provided during checkout.
