Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 7 business days across India. Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, or courier-related issues.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping
• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹100 Delivery Charge

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailable customer, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or wrong product claim. Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
